Peace Mound Park is a great neighborhood park that’s right up the road. It’s perfect for when you just need a little escape from the stresses of everyday life. Peace Mound Park is a dog-friendly park with many walking and jogging trails, and it has access to a lake. So, you can sit by a lake and watch the ducks paddle, or you can even fish. Also, Peace Mound Park is named for the burial mounds in the park; the park is a site of the Tequesta Trace burial mound. So, stop by and visit Peace Mound Park to learn a little bit about the natural history of Weston or to just take a walk by the water.
