AV Home Experts — SMS Messaging Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the AV Home Experts text-messaging (SMS) program. By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
AV Home Experts (a real estate team affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Partners SW) sends operational text messages — including appointment reminders and CRM-update reminders — to individuals who have opted in to receive them.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages — during onboarding as a team member, by submitting a form on our website, or by texting a keyword (such as START) to our number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your activity and account events. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.
4. Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive text messages. To resubscribe, reply START at any time.

6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Your information is collected and used in accordance with our SMS Messaging Privacy Policy, available at https://www.avhomeexperts.com/sms-privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
