  • You must be 18+ to participate

  • Referrals must be real individuals. Meaning they will pick up our call & willing to meet with us in person or virtually like Google Meets.

  • Agreement = signed exclusive buyer/seller agreement.

  • Transaction = closed sale or purchase with AV Home Experts

  • Absolutely! In fact, the more referrals you submit, the better your chances of winning. Each referral you send counts as a separate entry into the giveaway. If multiple referrals sign agreements or complete transactions, you’ll earn bonus entries for each on!

  • Entries are awarded based on your referral's progress:

    ✅ 1 entry when you submit a valid referral.

    🖊️ +5 bonus entries if your referral signs a buyer or seller agreement with us.

    🏡 +10 additional entries if your referral completes a transaction (either buys or sells a home with us before July 31st).

  • You will receive email updates at each major milestone:

    • When your referral signs a buyer or seller agreement, we’ll notify you that your bonus entries were added.

    • If your referral closes on a home, you’ll get a final update with your total entries counted.

  • The winner of the $1,000 cash giveaway will be announced on August 1st, 2025. We’ll notify the winner via email and phone, and we’ll also make the announcement publicly on our social media pages and email newsletter
