If you’re thinking about moving to Weston, there’s probably a million things on your mind. Which house am I going to choose? Will everything fit in the U-Haul? How is my family going to adjust to the move? And most importantly, are there good schools?

Well, if you’re moving to Weston, schools are one thing that you don’t have to worry about because Weston has highly rated schools across the board. But to make your life a little easier, we did the research and found the best schools in Weston from the compiled ratings of greatschools.org, niche.com, and the Florida Department of Education’s school accountability report.

Living in Weston, residents have the choice of attending Broward County public district schools, Broward County public charter schools, or a few private schools. Weston has a variety of elementary schools that perform very well and are widely praised for their commitment to academic excellence. And while Weston doesn’t have as many middle schools or high schools, the middle and high schools that Weston does have perform well.

The Best Elementary Schools in Weston

The top-recommended elementary schools in Weston are Everglades Elementary School, Gator Run Elementary School, and Imagine Charter School at Weston (K-8). All of these schools are great options for your child’s education because they were all rated 10/10 by greatschools.org, and they all received an “A” from the FDOE’s school accountability report.

All of these schools exceed the state standards in every subject for standardized testing, and they all got pretty much the same score in every subject. Everglades Elementary scored an 89% proficiency in math, an 84% proficiency in English, and a 75% proficiency in science.
