  • You’ll manage two Instagram/TikTok/YT-Shorts accounts (one personal-brand, one team) and shape their next growth chapter.


90-DAY GROWTH FOCUS


Our current feed shows strong property showcases but inconsistent Reel cadence, limited Story interactivity, and soft calls-to-action. Your first quarter will aim to:


  1. Post 3–4 Reels per week with a 3-second hook, trending audio, and a clear CTA.

  2. Launch at least 2 interactive Stories (polls, Q&A, quizzes) each week to lift engagement.

  3. Repurpose testimonials into snackable clips and carousel quotes.

  4. Track and report reach, saves, shares, and followers every Monday; iterate thumbnails and hooks accordingly. 


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Shoot (≈4 hrs/wk) – Plan and film 3–4 short-form topics with the team leader and up to 10 agents (gear provided).

  • Edit & Repurpose (≈8 hrs/wk) – Cut 6–8 vertical videos in CapCut; polish in Final Cut Pro if desired.

  • Publish & Engage (≈3 hrs/wk) – Schedule across IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook; answer comments/DMs; engage on local hashtags.

  • Analytics & Planning (≈2 hrs/wk) – Update KPI dashboard; flag quick wins; maintain a 60-day content calendar.

  • Brand Collaboration (≈3 hrs/wk) – Coordinate with our marketing assistant for paid boosts and cross-promotions.


DAILY / WEEKLY / MONTHLY CHECKLIST


Daily

• Respond to all new comments & DMs (≤ 24 h).

• Note trending audio and viral hooks for future use.


Weekly

• Deliver 6+ edited clips to the content bank.

• Publish 3–4 Reels plus cross-posts; write search-friendly captions & hashtags.

• Update KPI sheet (reach, engagement, saves, follower delta).


Monthly

• Present a two-page insight report and next-month content map.

• Audit top-performing hooks and retention graphs.

• Propose one experimental format (e.g., podcast clip, local-lifestyle micro-vlog).


MUST-HAVE SKILLS


  • CapCut expertise for captions, auto-subtitles, and beat-matched cuts.

  • Native understanding of Reels/TikTok algorithms, hashtag strategy, and hook writing.

  • Strong written English (Spanish a plus) for captions and micro-copy.

  • Able to meet on-site in Miami Lakes 1–2 weekdays; remote editing the rest of the time.


WE’LL TRAIN YOU ON


  • Final Cut Pro workflows (optional polish layer).

  • Advanced lighting, gimbal moves, and mirrorless camera shooting.


NICE-TO-HAVES


  • Motion-graphics chops (CapCut templates, Canva, After Effects).

  • Basic SEO for YouTube descriptions.

  • Real Estate or faith-based storytelling experience.


COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS


  • $22 – $30 per hour (DOE), approximately 20 hrs/week

  • Start as a 1099 contractor for 90 days; convert to W-2 part-time once KPIs are met.

  • Flexible weekday shoots plus optional remote post-production.
